It's powered by a unique infrared technology that uses specific wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum. These wavelengths are profiled against your cooking choice which results in perfectly cooked food — fast! Its interior heater lights cycle on and off during normal operation to cook faster than conventional ovens, more evenly than microwaves. This oven is appropriate for all foods which can be baked in a conventional oven. However, cooking times are significantly shorter than for conventional and toaster ovens.
