After seeing the size of the cooker, I never tried to use it as I wanted a really bigger one.\nI was looking for something to prepare rice for 10 people but this one is cheating. The cup is very very small and you can even make the cup small to say its a 40 cup rice cooker...\nDont buy this if you are looking for really a 20 cup rice cooker.
